In 1985 Ma’s became a reality. We started making Sour Dough bread for restaurant chains with a recipe that had been in the family for over 100 years. In 2004 we began the production of Ma’s Yeast Roll using her secret family recipe. Today we sell millions of her rolls all over the country. Made from the finest ingredients and using Ma’s secret recipe her rolls are just like homemade! Pre-baked, just heat and serve and your patrons will come back for more!
